Välkommen till Selce
The town of Selce in Croatia, with 2,500 inhabitants, is located about 34 kilometers from Rijeka and together with Jadranovo, Dramalj and Crikvenica it forms the famous Crikvenica Riviera. The history of Selce as a tourist resort dates back to 1894, when the first seaside resort opened, and the first villas and guesthouses were built. Even today, you can enjoy a touch of nostalgic charm in this unique vacation paradise, which this seaside resort has fortunately managed to preserve. The highlight of Selce, however, are the numerous fantastic beaches that make this vacation pearl so popular.
During a stroll through the center, there are also many interesting things to discover. Among the most beautiful attractions of Selce is definitely the historic town center with the picturesque harbor, and the charming waterfront promenade, where cozy cafés and restaurants invite you to enjoy. Also worth seeing is the chapel of St. Josip with the cemetery, the parish church of St. Catherine from 1888, and the freshwater spring Polaca with the beautiful mosaic, which is located directly under the church of St. Catherine.

Croatia has become an increasingly popular destination for real estate investment in recent years. The country's stunning coastline, beautiful architecture, and favorable tax laws have attracted investors from all over the world.
Some of the most popular real estate options in Croatia include apartments and houses in historic city centers, villas with sea views, and rural properties in the countryside. The prices of real estate in Croatia vary greatly depending on the location, size, and condition of the property. Coastal properties tend to be more expensive than those located inland.
Croatia has also introduced a number of incentives for foreign investors, including a favorable tax regime for real estate purchases and the ability to obtain a residence permit by investing in the country. However, it is important to work with a reputable real estate agent or lawyer to ensure a smooth and secure transaction.
